Dr. Robert W. Current brings a rare and valuable combination of advanced scientific education and legal training to serve his clients. With a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and a J.D. in Law, he understands both the technical and legal aspects of protecting innovation and business interests.
Dr. Current's scientific expertise includes sensors, scientific equipment, testing, and measuring. He is highly proficient with Spectroscopy, Chromatography, and Imaging technologies - giving him unique insight into protecting technical innovations. Dr. Current has won grants from NASA and is author of many peer reviewed publications in scientific journals such as the American Chemical Society's Journal of Analytical Chemistry, and the journal of Environmental Science and Technology.
Dr. Current has been lead attorney on numeouse cases, winning multiple count felony trials, and in the Arizona Court of Appeals. (eg: 2-ca-cv-2022-0174-fc).
In addition to seving as attorney in criminal trials, Dr. Current's background developing cutting edge gas chromotagrophy equiptment has also made him an invaluable expert witness in DUI trials called by other Arizona attornies.
